Premium Delivery Rates (5 - 7 working days):
Northern Scotland, The Highlands, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight.

Please note that we only deliver to Australian addresses. Orders containing a lithium battery or an umbrella will be shipped via a certified carrier and will be left in a safe place by default. If you prefer the delivery to occur only when someone is home, please include this request in your delivery instructions.
All other orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping (2 - 6 business days in metro areas):
- Orders up to $99 incur a $14.99 postage fee
- Orders over $99 are FREE
Please allow more time for delivery if you are in a regional area, especially in Brisbane or Perth. Peak periods can also affect the delivery timeframes.
Warranty Information
Motocaddy Accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse, misuse, or commercial use is not covered.
The standard Motocaddy warranty only covers purchases made in Australia, for use in Australia. If you encounter a problem within the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase or contact us directly to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that you need to make a claim you must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase.
