Delivery Information
Please note that we only deliver to Australian addresses. Orders containing a lithium battery or an umbrella will be shipped via a certified carrier and will be left in a safe place by default. If you prefer the delivery to occur only when someone is home, please include this request in your delivery instructions.
All other orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping (2 - 6 business days in metro areas):
- Orders up to $99 incur a $14.99 postage fee
- Orders over $99 are FREE
Please allow more time for delivery if you are in a regional area, especially in Brisbane or Perth. Peak periods can also affect the delivery timeframes.
Delivery Information:
Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday) from our Sydney warehouse. Please note we do not ship on public holidays.
Tracking Your Order:
To track your order, log in to your My Account using the email address and password you provided at checkout. Then:
- Go to See Orders
- Click View next to the order you wish to track
- Scroll down to find the Tracking Number
- Click the tracking number to view the current status of your delivery
