Delivery Information
Please note that we only deliver to Australian addresses.
Orders containing a lithium battery or an umbrella will be shipped via a certified carrier and will be left in a safe place by default. We are unable ship lithium batteries or bulky items to PO Boxes. If you prefer the delivery to occur only when someone is home, please include this request in your delivery instructions.
All other orders will be shipped via Australia Parcel Post.
Shipping Duration & Cost
Most orders are delivered within 2 - 6 business days in metro areas. Please allow more time for delivery if you are in a regional area, especially in Queensland, Northern Territory or Western Australia. Peak periods can also affect the delivery timeframes.
- Orders up to $99 incur a $14.99 postage fee
- Orders over $99 are FREE
Click and Collect
Free local pick-up is available from our Botany warehouse in New South Wales.
Delivery Information:
Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday) from our Sydney warehouse. Please note we do not ship on public holidays.
Tracking Your Order:
To track your order, log in to 'My Account' using the email address and password you provided at checkout. Then:
- Go to 'See Orders'
- Click 'View' next to the order you wish to track
- Scroll down to find the Tracking Number. Bulky Items and Batteries will be shipped with StarTrack. All other products will be shipped with Australia Post.
