Warranty Information

Buggy Warranty Conditions

All Motocaddy buggies are covered by a 36-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or commercial use (as set out in the relevant manual) is not covered. Motocaddy Lithium batteries are covered separately under the Battery Warranty section below.

This warranty applies only to purchases made in Australia and to products used within Australia. If you experience a problem with your buggy, battery, or charger within the warranty period, please contact your place of purchase or email us directly at support@motocaddy.com.au. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so please retain your receipt.

Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase.

The warranty offered is an additional benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All warranties are non-transferable.

Battery Warranty Conditions

Motocaddy Lithium batteries and chargers are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or commercial use is not covered.

In addition to the standard 24-month warranty, customers can access an extended warranty on certain Lithium batteries. When registered online within 45 days of purchase, Motocaddy Lithium batteries are eligible for a 5-year limited warranty. The additional 3-year period provides partial replacement coverage based on the age of the battery. The extended warranty applies to batteries purchased and used within Australia only.

All Lithium batteries are designed to retain at least 75% of their original rated capacity (Wh) during their lifespan. Repairs or replacements made under warranty do not extend the original warranty period. Motocaddy reserves the right to request proof of purchase and, depending on location, may charge a shipping fee for replacement batteries.

If your battery or charger develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact your place of purchase or email support@motocaddy.com.au. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
