Returns Policy
If you wish to return your order for a refund from www.motocaddy.com.au, you can do so within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes the completed return form.
Important:
- Contact Us First: Before returning any item, please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return form that must be included with your returned product to ensure we can properly identify your return.
- Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in unused, saleable condition. Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition, we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Order Information: Please include your order number, name, and postcode in all correspondence.
- Product Packaging: Please return the items in their original packaging. You may inspect the product by removing it from the packaging, but do not use it.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to Motocaddy if you decide to return the order after it has been dispatched. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items: Any products showing signs of wear or use will not be refunded and may be returned to you.
Refund Processing: After we receive the returned items and confirm they meet the return requirements, we will process your refund within 20 days.
How to Return: All returns must be initiated through written communication via the Contact Us page on our website. Phone calls are not accepted for returns.
By Post or Courier
Please note that all return postage costs are non-refundable, and Motocaddy does not offer free returns for incorrect or unwanted orders, unless the error is on our part.
If you are returning an item via post or courier, we strongly recommend using a signed for or recorded delivery service to ensure the item can be tracked. Motocaddy will not be held responsible for any missing parcels if returned without tracking.
In the event we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide proof of posting from your Post Office or the relevant returns service. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting or if the recommended return instructions have not been followed.
If you have received an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Team via our Contact Us page prior to returning the product.
Refunds:
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method and in the original tender currency within 20 days of receiving the returned item.

Purchases Under 30 Days:
If your item is faulty, we may arrange for collection and inspection at no cost to you. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will provide a like-for-like replacement (subject to availability).
Purchases Over 30 Days:
If your item develops a fault after 30 days, we will either:
- Diagnose the issue and send a replacement part,
- Advise you of a local Service Agent, or
- Arrange for collection and inspection of the product.
Based on the inspection, we may repair, replace, or offer a like-for-like replacement. If no manufacturing fault is found, we may return the item to you.
Accidental Damage or Non-Manufacturing Faults:
If the fault is due to accidental damage or not a manufacturing defect, we will direct you to a local Service Agent for repairs at your own cost.
